How long will it take for my item to ship?
Because all items are hand-crafted when ordered, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
We offer two shipping options:
- USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 4 - 9 business days for delivery
- USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation and typically takes 2 - 4 business days
What is your return policy?
Because each piece of jewelry is custom made, we cannot accept returns. However an exception will be made if an item is defective. If there is a defect please email us within 7 days and we will repair, exchange or refund the item.
Additionally all jewelry pieces are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. After 30 days a restringing fee plus any replacement part charge will apply.
